Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Polar, our merchant of record. This page says what happens to your money when you change your mind.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is made. Your page and data are kept; only the allowance goes back to the Free plan.
Refunds
- First 14 days. If Pro is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
- After that. Renewals are not refunded, except where the Service was unavailable for a substantial part of the period or where consumer law where you live gives you the right.
- Mistakes. Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? Tell us and we refund the extra charge.
How to ask
Email hello@chatera.ai from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
